Looks like there will be 35 in the Pebblebed Tasting Cellar for tomorrow. We're just beginning the preparations. First deep cleaning our kitchen and clearing the fridge to make plenty of room, then starting on the cooking - boiling a couple of ducks to make a really rich <i>brodo</i> for the <i>pasta e fagioli</i>, soaking the borlotti beans, making the <i>tiramisù</i>. Everything else can be done tomorrow. Simple meal, nice people coming along: I think it's going to be a good night.
