It has been a while since my last event (held for a charity cause close to my heart) and I've been missing cooking for other people.
I am therefore throwing an End Of Summer themed supper club, driven by the late summer and early autumn fruits and vegs I feel I am wanting to play with these days. Whilst also bringing to you lot my beloved Nan's gratin dauphinois' recipe. This glorious comfort dish has accompanied me through all my childhood and this is such a special dish to me that I thought it'd be only fair to share it.
