Aubergine Kookoo with wild garlic yogurt and salsa verde

Spiced grilled lamb chops with cumin and paprika salt, chick pea puree,
mustard leeks and beetroot and yogurt dressing

Rhubarb petit Mont Blancs with raspberry marshmallows and whipped creme
