Event Description
Professor Tim Spector is the author of a fascinating book on the microbiome of our guts - that is- the little creatures who live in our guts and who determine how healthy or not we are.
We are creating a microbially healthy menu for our supper club on September 9th this autumn.
I'm going to try to put 100 ingredients in the menu as variety truly is the spice of life.
Tim will help create the menu and give a talk before the meal. Signed books will be available to buy (his and mine).
