Meat balls, oranges and mixed seeds
Beef meat balls with toasted pinenuts in the middle, cooked slowly in sauce made out of freshly squeezed oranges and yogurt with kashmiri chilli and cumin. Garnished with red blood orange supremes and curly parsley with toasted linseed.
