Taking Underground dining to new heights...

The Books that got me into baking...And Still enjoy!

Every time I go to my bookshelf to look for something quite specific, I always annoy myself at just HOW MANY cookery cooks I actually have to peel from the shelves and onto the floor to get to the one that I need!

This exercise is never a short one either...the book that I am looking for is most usually right at the bottom towards the back, and my living room ends up…

The Art of making Spatzli

Well we have our next dinner dates in just seven days and I have been checking out my recipes and making sure all is OK for our "Chocolate Fest"

Our main course dish will be Braised Beef Olives in a Mole Sauce that will be served with Spatzli. This is a southern German/Swiss pasta that requires the use of a specialist piece of kitchen equipment. Covert by name, covert by nature

Hari Covert... pun intended is now looking forward to their next Dinner Dates on Friday March 19th and Saturday March 20th...

We have, as it is is close to Easter decided to dedicate these meals to chocolate!!!
