Hi Poppy,

Thanks for your message. I'm really interested in coming to your next supper/tea party...I had a look at your website and your food looks yummy and your table dressing beautiful! I will send an email through to you and hopefully if there is space I will meet you and sample your cooking at the next supper :) Thanks, Chloe

Hello :)

What recipe do you use currently for your scones? It may be the quantity or type of flour or rasing agent your are using.. Pop me the recipe and I can help you out.

Hi Poppy - sorry for my delay in replying. Typically, the 11th is the same night as our next event, and we're doing a private Christmas lunch on the 20th! Like the buses, huh?

Your menu and blog looks great, definitely up for coming in future. All the best,

Lee

Hi Poppy, thanks for letting me know about your supper club on December 11th, it sounds fab and I would have loved to come along. But I'm in London that night for a pre-Christmas meal with friends, to a place to very likely serves up Pumpkin soup and Oxtail as well (Great Queen Street in Holborn). Good luck with it, I'm sure it'll be a big success! If you ever need help with future supper clubs please shout, I am a willing chopper/onion slicer and would do a bit of waitressing for you too, all in the name of good food :-)

Your right, was suprised how easy. Initially was unsure how it would work as so liquid when poured in to the tin...

Thought it was that cake, I make that one a lot as is so quick and easy to get together, and always goes down a treat 'cos everyone is intrigued! Sold out in minutes at a cake bake do last year, it was almost embarrasing...almost :P

Take care

Hi Love Poppy welcome to the site. Loved your blog, the puff pastry tart looks scrummy, do you have the recipe for it? You will create a storm in Brighton when you open up your 'undergrond' restaurant. Best of luck
