This is a seven-course tasting menu celebrating wild mushrooms in the summer season, as well as some cultivated mushrooms. Using interesting and sometimes niche seasonal ingredients, the menu includes a welcome cocktail and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout, with profits going to the Crisis charity, which helps homeless people get back into society.
The menu is revealed on the night, but you can chose from meat eater, pescatarian or vegetarian when you book your ticket.
Producers listed on the menu have donated their product so a larger profit can be made. At the last supper club for spring, more than £10 of the ticket price went to charity.
