    i'm very excited about it and have been spurred on by everything I have read about you. Saw you on the news on Saturday morning. I am charging £25 for 3 courses plus an amuse bouche, tea and coffee and BYO wine. do you think I should do a welcome drink? Any sage advice would be welcome.

    We live on a farm so there's plenty of parking. My family live in your part of London and once they get onto the A40 it usually takes about 60 mins. Your rosewater meringues looked fab hope they went down a storm

    Hotels are much cheaper in Berlin than in London.

    After I left working as a broker in the city about 3 weeks ago, I went a 2 week holiday across Europe. I came across a magazine 'Ling' on a connecting flight from Paris to Italy which featured your kitchen. You have inspired me to start my own supper club.

    Sorry for taking ages with writing back. Its been hectic days. The next Claptonian brunch is in Swedish Lapland. I am going home till the 5th of january so will be hosting there. We've just started a supperclub in Brighton, Purple Sprouting and will post January dinners after this. i love reading your blog posts, any suggestions on getting started appreciated. We're 3 friends doing Purple Sprouting and hoping to come dine with you this month. Also, i blend teas, and looking for feedback as i have started to sell some.
