    The Fat Carrot underground restaurant presents a fabulous three course Vegetarian or Vegan supper at Fiennes Flat, Hever Castle Estate, Kent. Guests will be sitting together at communal tables to meet each other and get the conversation flowing......

    Tomato, garlic & coconut Soup (Vegan).
    Watercress, pear, fennel & pine nut salad. (Vegan version available).

    Sorbet.

    Asparagus, olive, and tomato paella with salad garnish (Vegan).
    Butternut squash, tarragon and cashew strudel served with parsnip and leek gratin.

    Chocolate fudge cake (Vegan).
    Iced lemon and chocolate terrine.

    Coffee/ Tea.

    Table water included. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks.

    The Fat Carrot presents an afternoon tea and private guided walk round the 35 acre stunning lake in the grounds of Hever Castle, Kent.

    Afternoon tea includes: Cucumber sandwiches, cheese & onion scones, savoury muffins and a selection of cakes (including some Vegan options.)

    The walk takes aprox 45mins- 1hour over assorted surfaces and may be muddy in places. A suitable level of fitness and footwear for indoors and outdoors is required. NB walk will go ahead regardless of weather conditions unless extremely severe.

    Walk starts promptly at 2pm and tea will be served afterwards.
