I just checked my diary and it would appear Chinese New Year next year (2010) will be on Valentine's Day - Saturday 14th Feb. Hmmm!!! Would this inspire you to do an event featuring a range of unique dishes with traditionally auspicious names (you know, suggesting longevity/togetherness)?
