<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>Yesterday saw The Secluded Tea Party taking place </b><a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/08/secluded-radio-tea-party-to-be.html"><b>Live</b></a><b> on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire with the lovely and ever so slightly eccentric Glenn, one of the producers of the shows at this local station. </b></div>
<div><b>We had been expecting the lovely Sophie, however due to illness, Glenn had to step in and save the day by joining myself and my fabulous Tea Party guests for a delicate cup of tea and a slice of home made cake. </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>Such a hard job, but somebody had to do it ; ) </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div class="separator"></div>
<div class="separator"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4qNQb9oEBIY/TmUCF5ELIbI/AAAAAAAAA7Q/5w_LZQAYm20/s1600/cf14e90a9ee6429b888873a85d9ca0bb_7.jpg"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4qNQb9oEBIY/TmUCF5ELIbI/AAAAAAAAA7Q/5w_LZQAYm20/s320/cf14e90a9ee6429b888873a85d9ca0bb_7.jpg" width="320"/></a></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>This version of the Tea Party was in fact hosted at one of my favourite Cambridge city locations, The </b><a href="http://www.cambridgecookeryschool.com/"><b>Cambridge Cookery School</b></a><b>, which is secluded within beautifully landscaped grounds to make it work perfectly for a secret mid-morning tea party with plenty of cake and tea and of course great conversation with new friends. </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>My guests were a mix of returning tea party fans who have been to previous versions of The Secluded Tea Party and who have enjoyed my secret afternoon tea locations across Cambridge and the Cambridgeshire Countryside. </b></div>
<div><b>We also had some brand new Tea Party guests joining us for their very first time, and very nice it was to have them join us too. </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div class="separator"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A-Iya7vD2J4/TmUCNwNQEEI/AAAAAAAAA7U/MJimXoGWDok/s1600/9c9342c989de43f29915609537e17e03_7.jpg"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A-Iya7vD2J4/TmUCNwNQEEI/AAAAAAAAA7U/MJimXoGWDok/s320/9c9342c989de43f29915609537e17e03_7.jpg" width="320"/></a></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>In fact, one guest had brought along some of her friends for a girly catch up over the afternoon tea party table, and I knew that I had met one of her friends before as soon as they walked through the door. </b></div>
<div><b>It had taken me a while to figure it out, but we both realised that we had met through a mutual friend 12 years earlier at our Sixth Form College.... Wow... What a small world!</b></div>
<div><b> And it was fantastic to catch up and find out what we had all been doing since those college days, with the talk of Tea Parties, the beautiful & local town of Saffron Walden, Montessori Schools and Hippy Communes... as you do hehe. </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div class="separator"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YOq180dkt4Q/TmUP7DjG8uI/AAAAAAAAA7c/DnwPeC4DFp0/s1600/b30caa2cb58d4163be93c9b6c6f865d0_7.jpg"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YOq180dkt4Q/TmUP7DjG8uI/AAAAAAAAA7c/DnwPeC4DFp0/s320/b30caa2cb58d4163be93c9b6c6f865d0_7.jpg" width="320"/></a></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>The menu consisted of Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls made by Tine at the Cookery School as well as my freshly baked Fruit & Spice </b><a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/01/scone-recipe-challenge.html"><b>Scones</b></a><b> (of which I was still cutting out and preparing when my guests started to arrive, but I was pleased that they could see just how fresh my scones are made for my events!) and they were served straight from the oven to the table to enjoy with some locally made preserves from my favourite </b><a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/08/i-love-my-jam-lady.html"><b>jam lady</b></a><b> in Cambridgeshire. </b></div>
<div><b>I had also conjured up 3 layer cakes including a deep Victoria Sponge with Blackcurrant Jam, a Cookies & Cream Oreo Cake and the favourite *Tuck Shop* inspired layer cake with Sherbet Buttercream, of which I had dreamt up a few days earlier for the Clandestine Cake Club meet in Cambourne. </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>I even got to use my brand new <a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/08/getting-crafty-at-cath-kidston.html">Cath Kidston</a> Tea Cosy from their Cambridge shop, which was a focal point and discussion topic whilst chatting to Glenn hehe. I love this and would love more tea cosies added to the collection as the months move on. </b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div class="separator"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7vdiUQtZUiw/TmUQEbQVH6I/AAAAAAAAA7g/gA6HJld3OpI/s1600/f2286de151594807813e575592300703_7.jpg"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7vdiUQtZUiw/TmUQEbQVH6I/AAAAAAAAA7g/gA6HJld3OpI/s320/f2286de151594807813e575592300703_7.jpg" width="320"/></a></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>One of my guests also had a birthday coming up, of which I had learnt whilst facebooking the previous evening, so I decided to surprise her and put candles in one of the cakes and of course allow my 14 other guests to sing to her and just embarrass her slightly as we Brits like to do hehe. </b></div>
<div><b>We were not allowed to sing the song live on air, as after asking my lovely waffling BBC Radio friend (Glenn, who at this point was running around the room chatting to my guests in between slurping my home-made lemonade in pretty polka dot jam jars and digging into mouthfuls of my cake in between conversations with the on-air Radio Presenter - We think hehe...), he told us that if we did, Disney would be knocking on the door to charge us!... I had NO idea that they owned the rights to that song haha... so we sang off air to be safe, but it still got a mention on the wireless later on : )</b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div class="separator"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-N4FIO_gX9sI/TmUQQPTcvyI/AAAAAAAAA7k/o2NvTcJ62f0/s1600/8bc8de5f9086408699e73fdfdc6278f9_7.jpg"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-N4FIO_gX9sI/TmUQQPTcvyI/AAAAAAAAA7k/o2NvTcJ62f0/s320/8bc8de5f9086408699e73fdfdc6278f9_7.jpg" width="320"/></a></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>It was just hilarious and random and we all loved every minute of it! </b></div>
<div><b>And as you may have heard, we were 99% female at today's table, with one lucky man enjoying the cake and ladies... his two favourite things in life, he said it himself... live on air ; ) </b></div>
<div><b>Robert, you are a fab guest every time hehe... And I think Glenn was slightly jealous of your place at the table, I mean, what man wouldn't be with all those lovely ladies surrounding him!?</b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>A big thank you to my guests for being such great sports and for taking the left over cake away with them once they were all full to the rafters but willing to eat more later for their dinner (I love hardcore cake Lovers), and to Heather & Vanessa at </b><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/cambridgeshire/programmes"><b>Radio Cambridgeshire</b></a><b> for arranging this fun-filled morning at our Secluded Tea Party, and a huge thanks to Liz Rhodes for mentioning our spot on her Afternoon Chat show the very next day (Twitter friends had made me aware whilst I was busy working away, you have got to LOVE Twitter for these sort of updates!)</b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>

<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>I am starting to enjoy becoming a regular on the Radio (That's 2 wireless appearances now : ) ... Bring on the next Radio-inspired adventure.... should there be one out there to enjoy in the future!</b></div>
<div><b>Perhaps next time Glenn can come and join us for a fairy tea party and be given the chance to wear his fairy wings that he so badly wants to show everyone.</b></div>
<div><b>Hmmmm... I'm tempted!</b></div>
<div><b><br/></b></div>
<div><b>And if you missed it, you can listen again for the rest of this week </b><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00cx1fd"><b>HERE</b></a><b>.</b></div>
<div><b>And I suggest you do as it's so silly it will put a smile on your face hehe. </b></div>
<div><b>(You will find it starts around 1 Hour 30 minutes into the show, and we had 3 or 4 live slots after this : ) </b></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Last Friday, 8th July 2011 saw a version of The Secluded Tea Party that I am pretty confident was ONE OF A KIND evening and not my usual tea party event... We held a Zombie Tea Party for over 18's - due to the nature of the cake and the overall entertainment for this fun and gruesome Tea Party, which was held at the fantastically suitable venue in the form of <a href="http://www.apocalypsepaintball.co.uk/">Apocalypse Paintball</a> in Kneesworth. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TzC9Vo9MX14/ThtjgOuPBZI/AAAAAAAAAs4/BP1lwL_S5sY/s1600/IMG_4057.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TzC9Vo9MX14/ThtjgOuPBZI/AAAAAAAAAs4/BP1lwL_S5sY/s320/IMG_4057.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Having sent out the <a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/07/secluded-zombie-itinerary.html">itinerary</a> for the evening and invited my 30 guests to dress up as a zombie or just come as a survivor for the night, they were welcomed by my "parking attendant" (A lovely friend who volunteered to help freak my guests out on arrival ; ) at the main gates, who was to be later "Attacked" by my 3 zombie actors who were lurking in the woods to shake up my guests a little, before we let them through the main gates.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Unfortunately, due to an accident on the main road leading to the woods, we had to do our welcome in two goes, so the second time around, with our second arrival of guests was an even better "Welcome"... allowing my first set of arrivals to get involved and run out of the woods in a larger group to scare them.. Even Better!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-PfPQpf0QRfM/ThtkM7uAIMI/AAAAAAAAAs8/gATEVMEpJVw/s1600/IMG_4072.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-PfPQpf0QRfM/ThtkM7uAIMI/AAAAAAAAAs8/gATEVMEpJVw/s320/IMG_4072.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yA9HlV20pFM/ThtlC-h7Y7I/AAAAAAAAAtA/jFoU9pJc3Bw/s1600/IMG_4064.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yA9HlV20pFM/ThtlC-h7Y7I/AAAAAAAAAtA/jFoU9pJc3Bw/s320/IMG_4064.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hKpa7un4cDs/ThtlZQDyGLI/AAAAAAAAAtE/ML1Gs5Ie5FI/s1600/IMG_4079.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hKpa7un4cDs/ThtlZQDyGLI/AAAAAAAAAtE/ML1Gs5Ie5FI/s320/IMG_4079.JPG" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">And to make it even more creepy, myself, <a href="http://ministryofzombies.com/">Sean T Page</a> (My <a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/06/secluded-zombie-tea-party-presents.html">special zombie guest</a> for the evening) and Jamie, the venue owner all opened the gates as the zombies came in for their attack on my guests, and we yelled at them all to get into the compound, wielding guns firing blanks, waving crickets bats and even running towards our zombie attackers with a real chainsaw (Without the chain for health and safety purposes.. but the sound got the guests hearts racing before the evening had even started! Hehe... Evil but so much fun!!)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hU_FRdbEhZg/ThtlnQO8XBI/AAAAAAAAAtI/rGvdbmYmR6s/s1600/8dd6ebb4e3e449dba983a9eb8906dbee_7.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hU_FRdbEhZg/ThtlnQO8XBI/AAAAAAAAAtI/rGvdbmYmR6s/s320/8dd6ebb4e3e449dba983a9eb8906dbee_7.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="320"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ElBHZsyAosg/Thtuljv-_sI/AAAAAAAAAuk/ZegljCPuu4I/s1600/5snsk.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ElBHZsyAosg/Thtuljv-_sI/AAAAAAAAAuk/ZegljCPuu4I/s320/5snsk.jpg" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Once we had welcomed my guests into the venue compound, within the safety of it's barbed wire and high metal fences, we all giggled and I couldn't help but hug all of them individually and just thank them all for going to so much effort for the evening. Most of my guests had come in real zombie spirit, dressed in their survival gear or even as more realistic zombies than myself and my helpers were. We were more than impressed with the standard of the zombie outfits and make up they were all sporting. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7wZEZGln0b0/ThtmWj8xLCI/AAAAAAAAAtQ/s2rWezsi8Fo/s1600/IMG_4082.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7wZEZGln0b0/ThtmWj8xLCI/AAAAAAAAAtQ/s2rWezsi8Fo/s320/IMG_4082.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Y7aFPS6ihYk/ThtmfdupXYI/AAAAAAAAAtU/sbZBdyzmIik/s1600/c693456e0eef4d7195a9848bc8a0cafb_7.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Y7aFPS6ihYk/ThtmfdupXYI/AAAAAAAAAtU/sbZBdyzmIik/s320/c693456e0eef4d7195a9848bc8a0cafb_7.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="320"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I also can't help but laugh, looking back, that some guests got the train and a taxi to the venue, some even bumping into strange zombies they didn't know on the way there, but all knew they were headed to the same place by their costumes and make up, so they made zombie friends on the journey. How fantastic. Zombies bringing people together hehe. There is something quite funny about this really!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">And even better still... some of my hilarious guests even made some mini zombie videos on the way to the zombie tea party.... <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/rachnewell/ZombieParty?authuser=0&feat=directlink">Have a look</a> if you fancy a giggle!.. These just show what great sports they were!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--AYvto9jy74/Thtm6Sl0cxI/AAAAAAAAAtY/oPMpeGndq4Y/s1600/IMG_4096.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--AYvto9jy74/Thtm6Sl0cxI/AAAAAAAAAtY/oPMpeGndq4Y/s320/IMG_4096.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-d3iCS5QB2Wc/ThtnORqRDNI/AAAAAAAAAtc/xWr5WXP3Zt8/s1600/IMG_4098.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-d3iCS5QB2Wc/ThtnORqRDNI/AAAAAAAAAtc/xWr5WXP3Zt8/s320/IMG_4098.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lEvGupujtHs/ThtniAJnwKI/AAAAAAAAAtg/nEpnWS91KKo/s1600/IMG_4099.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lEvGupujtHs/ThtniAJnwKI/AAAAAAAAAtg/nEpnWS91KKo/s320/IMG_4099.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Once my guests had settled in and we had told them that were not really any rules for this evening (!) - Within reason. They could curse, drink, smoke, shout, and eat my gory cake of course!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">They all seemed thrilled to hear they had free reign of the venue for the next few hours, and I think this helped to relax everybody and relax after the scares and laughter on arrival. It certainly rebelled against my usual Vintage style Tea Parties with a few more manners and traditional tea party etiquette to proceedings. In fact, it felt quite good to be able to rebel for the evening.... Just for a change ; ) </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">My cake selection was in fact a quartet of gory cupcakes to go with the selection of tea on offer to keep my guests warm this evening. And the boxes were white cupcake boxes with my spattered and bloody hand prints all over them for an authentic zombie feel to these goodies!...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">The by-now famous Bleeding Heart Cupcake made by my good friend Emily Rigby of <a href="http://www.atomiccupcakes.co.uk/">Atomic Cupcakes</a> (And who also rocked at doing up my zombie make up as well as my actors' faces) were in fact formed as delicious Black Forest Cupcakes, a moist chocolate sponge filled with a cherry compote and covered in a cherry sauce to make the *Blood* and fill the delicious fondant valves on the outside. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">These were by far the messiest cake, but the most fun for guests to eat and photograph gorging as their zombie alter egos. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">In fact, just watching the zombies amble towards me in the servery was bizarre in itself, It was a freaky and very surreal sight I can tell you!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4U1yd2_6IIs/Thtp9D9mHmI/AAAAAAAAAt0/vaccbKFDZ_I/s1600/hc1bm.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4U1yd2_6IIs/Thtp9D9mHmI/AAAAAAAAAt0/vaccbKFDZ_I/s320/hc1bm.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="320"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ac1BgSKpx7k/ThtpJIhom6I/AAAAAAAAAtw/V5gVb_YQscw/s1600/IMG_4087.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ac1BgSKpx7k/ThtpJIhom6I/AAAAAAAAAtw/V5gVb_YQscw/s320/IMG_4087.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I had also made a very gooey and rich Chocolate Brownie grave, topped with a chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting and Cocoa Powder Soil and finished with a hand shaped gingerbread gravestone. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I also made a vanilla cupcake with an oozing strawberry middle and it was finished with a vanilla buttercream and "Day Of The Dead" Skulls, hand decorated again by Emily at Atomic Cupcakes. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">And to complete the quartet, I made up a Red Velvet and Vanilla Cream Cheese Eyeball, rolled in white chocolate and hand decorated by my own fair (And warm hands ; ) ... Again... a great photo opportunity for my guests. I am glad they caused so much amusement and disgust. The two emotions I wanted to stir with this delicious cake assortment. All of these cakes were made in the very spacious <a href="http://www.cambridgecookeryschool.com/">Cambridge Cookery School</a>, which was such a pleasure for this work load. Space and dishwashers, my two new best friends in my new kitchen location! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8AHr4lRvhtQ/ThtqJLaWcrI/AAAAAAAAAt4/XSaV51yRu2E/s1600/bbki.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8AHr4lRvhtQ/ThtqJLaWcrI/AAAAAAAAAt4/XSaV51yRu2E/s320/bbki.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="320"/></a></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">We also put on various versions of zombie entertainment for my guests, and this included a fabulously zombie-cational quiz set by our Zombie Quiz Master and all round zombie know-it-all Mr Sean T Page who was such a great sport and so was his equally knowledgeable partner in crime - His wife - The lovely and very charming Constance. They both offered over an hour of hilarious questions and answers on such topics as the best way to "kill" a zombie (A good blow to the head destroys at least 80% of the brain), which part of the zombie is safe to eat (None, you fool!), what to do if your friend has been bitten by a zombie (Sympathise with her whilst getting ready to hit her with a spade!) and which is the only country in the world to have a dedicated anti-zombie army unit (China!). </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I can't thank Sean and Constance enough for their input into this event, and giving myself and my guests a chance to pick their brains on the Z word as well as the chance to buy their book and get it signed by the man in the know. If you haven't got <a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/OFFICIAL-ZOMBIE-HANDBOOK-UK-Ministry/dp/0980799619?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1283458977&sr=8-1">your copy</a>, I suggest you change that to prepare yourself for a potential zombie outbreak... you just never know when it might come in useful.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Not forgetting our "Best Dressed Zombie" Competition, which was actually offered to our joint winners at the very end of the evening, and very deserving of the fantastic Zombie-related prize they were too!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">The prizes being donated by the Manager of Forbidden Planet in Burleigh Street, Cambridge (Andy, You are a STAR!) who donated the first edition of <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1520211/">"The Walking Dead"</a> Comic book and a Shakespeare Zombie Poster for our deserving winners. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">We decided on the lovely couple, Kate and Justin, who managed to freak us out the most every time they walked towards us - I can honestly say that if I ever bumped into either of them in the supermarket, I would have NO idea who they were, they were disguised so well. Well done guys and thank you SO much to you all for dressing up and making such an awesome effort for this secretive event! </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">In fact this event has gained so much interest, and so much enthusiasm from myself and my collaborators that there will be another larger indie style Tea Party Event later in the year... so watch this space... I may well rebel again very shortly with a new idea currently being thrown around in my very busy head ; ) </div>

.... The Secluded Tea Party is now pleased and very stupidly proud to announce, that we have one of the worlds most fanatical and clued up Zombie survivalists attending as a VIP zombie tea party guest on Friday 8th July!</div>
<br/> <br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://ministryofzombies.com/">Sean T Page</a> is a zombie blogger and is zombie-renowned for writing "The Official Zombie Handbook (UK)". </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">He has trekked across Patagonia, the Alps and the sahara, learning much from the locals on survival and dealing with ghouls. He has also been thrown out of various government offices for pursuing his views with such vigour and is one step away from having a restraining order to keep him away from his local member of parliament. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">We love him already!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-p0hLt30r4BI/Tfp3N1bHkeI/AAAAAAAAAmI/PVnUOuCwNPU/s1600/7image.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-p0hLt30r4BI/Tfp3N1bHkeI/AAAAAAAAAmI/PVnUOuCwNPU/s320/7image.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="213"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Sean is quoted as saying: "95% of the population probably think i should be sectioned. the remaining 5% are who I rely on to spread the word - these are the folks who will survive a zombie apocalypse and help to rebuild our country in the aftermath."</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Working in business for over 10 years and (surprisingly) educated at the london school of economics, his secret passion is battling the undead and preparing the nation for the day the zombies arrive. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Sean will be joining us for the secluded (ZOmbie) tea party and he will be offering a very interactive chat about all things zombie before our top secret zombie movie is shown. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">He will also be selling and signing copies of his zombie handbook, so bring some spare cash in your zombie smocks ; ) <br/> <br/><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yIQfBBJrFhI/Tfp6V0BNRYI/AAAAAAAAAmY/e9ESfOg_rHU/s1600/WATWD.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yIQfBBJrFhI/Tfp6V0BNRYI/AAAAAAAAAmY/e9ESfOg_rHU/s320/WATWD.jpg" border="0" width="206" height="320"/></a></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>
<b>The Secluded (Book Club!) Tea Party</b> was held on Sunday, 27th March at 2pm, and we were granted access to the best possible venue for this event...<a href="http://www.plurabellebooks.com/"><b>Plurabelle Books</b></a> in the very heart of Cambridge... yet secluded within beautiful landscaped city grounds! It was Perfect for a Book Club theme to the proceedings!<br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: right;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-UKL7IScHvzw/TZIwR4DpI1I/AAAAAAAAAXE/FrA4KTC-ANo/s1600/IMG_1293.JPG" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-UKL7IScHvzw/TZIwR4DpI1I/AAAAAAAAAXE/FrA4KTC-ANo/s320/IMG_1293.JPG" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></div>
<br/> The lovely Ruth allowed me to go in a day early and lay the table and set out the room ready for my 12 Cake loving guests, which allowed for a calm baking session prior to the event. This was a rare treat! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">The menu consisted of Savoury Red Onion Tartlets and Home-made Lemonade on arrival, followed by a selection of finger sandwiches, including my legendary Ham & Garlic Jam filling...Which I think went down very well yet again, hurrah!<br/> <br/> Also available to my guests were my newly conjured up Fruit & Spice Scones with an Almond/Streusel topping, and accompanied by a jar of Plum-Nut jam, thanks to my lovely local jam lady who tailor-made it for this very tea party! Amazing as always!<br/> <br/><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NlbXCc56a8U/TZI2PV4S7QI/AAAAAAAAAXQ/IXnHodsCvxE/s1600/IMG_3717.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NlbXCc56a8U/TZI2PV4S7QI/AAAAAAAAAXQ/IXnHodsCvxE/s320/IMG_3717.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<br/> Other courses included a Chocolate Truffle selection, which included a very dark Ganache for the lovers of a deep and dark chocolatey kick, as well as newly found recipe for an <b><a href="http://thesecludedteapartyshhh.blogspot.com/2011/03/feel-good-friday-oreo-truffles.html">Oreo-based Truffle</a>!</b>... Yes, you read correctly!.... A blogging friend had suggested this, along with a game for my guests to try to figure out the three ingredients in this surprisingly addictive truffle recipe!.... The Answer, for all my confused guests is.... Dark Chocolate to coat the balls, which were made up of finely crushed Oreo Cookies, and..... Soft Cheese..... They were soft and squidgy, and straight from the fridge are just like mini cheese cake bites. Delicious and worthy of replicating!... Anybody can do it!<br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Iqz3IORqrB8/TZI3LmeW0pI/AAAAAAAAAXU/l6gm2JWoAMg/s1600/IMG_3732.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Iqz3IORqrB8/TZI3LmeW0pI/AAAAAAAAAXU/l6gm2JWoAMg/s320/IMG_3732.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: right;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sNz7ySZDs1E/TZI3plTzASI/AAAAAAAAAXY/fAI0keTUIqk/s1600/IMG_3726.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sNz7ySZDs1E/TZI3plTzASI/AAAAAAAAAXY/fAI0keTUIqk/s320/IMG_3726.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<br/> My piece de resistance was my first ever Victoria Sponge... Made with a light vanilla sponge, sandwiching together a shed load of piped vanilla buttercream and the most spiffing Forest Fruit jam (Made locally of course by my lovely jam lady!) which added a beautifully sweet and fruity texture to this cake. I was so proud, I could not help but add to it by adding a little robot, complete with footsteps across the icing sugar path on the top! It was the main attraction for this afternoon and my guests all shouted *YES* as soon as I asked if I should cut it!... It was hilarious!<br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-k1w1FzTO0aI/TZI4dKMnetI/AAAAAAAAAXc/HKLqEOun34o/s1600/IMG_3722.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-k1w1FzTO0aI/TZI4dKMnetI/AAAAAAAAAXc/HKLqEOun34o/s320/IMG_3722.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<br/> The chosen book for this theme was titled <b><a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cupboard-Love-Romance-Laura-Lockington/dp/1846242800">"Cupboard Love" by Laura Lockington</a></b>, and it had mixed reviews, which is always a great thing for a little spark in the conversation at these things!... Some guests loved the book and laughed and cried out loud whilst reading certain chapters, whilst some guests completely detested the author after a few chapters.... </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">It led to some great conversations for the book-geeks in us all!<br/> <br/> The tea of the tea party seemed to be the intriguing Rhubarb and Custard Loose leaf from <b><a href="http://www.teaboxonline.com/">Teabox Online</a></b>.... A firm favourite for two tea parties running now!... <br/> <br/><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oyIJvlzCz6I/TZI4_ze4ZNI/AAAAAAAAAXg/v4wFFGNIjPs/s1600/IMG_3733.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oyIJvlzCz6I/TZI4_ze4ZNI/AAAAAAAAAXg/v4wFFGNIjPs/s320/IMG_3733.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<br/> As well as my guests enjoying the food, and each others' company, they also generously shared and swapped a selection of books from their own collections, and everybody had fun showing the others what they had to give and why they would recommend the books and authors. <br/> We were also permitted to take a book or two from the shelves of the second-hand books at the venue...so long as we swapped it with one of our own... what an indulgence!... Guests were browsing long after the tea party had ended!.... <br/> <br/> This was such a successful event, and the guests did stop talking all afternoon, which from a hostesses point of view, is the best feeling in the world!<br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-9VS7GIpd6yE/TZI7hAr9CsI/AAAAAAAAAXo/w7or_jK83DY/s1600/IMG_1297.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-9VS7GIpd6yE/TZI7hAr9CsI/AAAAAAAAAXo/w7or_jK83DY/s320/IMG_1297.JPG" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></div>
<br/> The Book Club Tea Party will be back later in the year with a different book...It would be rude not to!<br/> <br/> There is so much I could write up about this event, but I feel that the photos that were taken say a million words, so I hope that you enjoy browsing through them all... Such a unique tea party, it has kept a smile on my face for days afterwards : ) <br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--34boGBJgtY/TZI8uLz29JI/AAAAAAAAAXs/nGTmePqOiJc/s1600/IMG_3739.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--34boGBJgtY/TZI8uLz29JI/AAAAAAAAAXs/nGTmePqOiJc/s320/IMG_3739.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<br/> And most importantly.... Check out <a href="http://www.plurabellebooks.com/"><b>Plurabelle Books</b></a> in Cambridge... it is a wonder emporium of second-hand books and a delight to spend an hour or ten reading and browsing their books! I love spending a lunch hour in this very unusual venue...and I would suggest it to anybody with an hour to kill!....<br/> <b><br/> <span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #674ea7;">Miss</span> <span style="color: #c27ba0;">Sue</span> <span style="color: #741b47;">Flay</span></span></b></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">The first ever Underground Conference titled <a href="http://marmitelover.blogspot.com/2011/02/update-on-how-to-be-successful-food.html" rel="nofollow" style="color: #003399; line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;" target="_blank">"How to be a successful food blogger"</a>, which was held this weekend by the clever <a href="http://marmitelover.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html" rel="nofollow" style="color: #003399; line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;" target="_blank">MsMarmiteLover</a> was just what I needed to stop my ramblings and start making my blog the best that it can be! </div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">To stop waffling is going to be a big challenge for me! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-IhVa1pLyEYo/TWLe_bQhLoI/AAAAAAAAATw/rI9dVqe5eVk/s1600/IMG_3586.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-IhVa1pLyEYo/TWLe_bQhLoI/AAAAAAAAATw/rI9dVqe5eVk/s320/IMG_3586.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Cut to an Underground restaurant in rainy London. Just a hop, a skip (and a jump onto my first ever experience of a traditional London Routemaster!) to Kilburn. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Armed with a password at the door and knowledge that the days' service would be "Teenage Goth"....certainly not expectant of a dreary business location with a few dry sandwiches! On the contrary!.....</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">...We were greeted with a smile from said teenager, and shown to a beautiful dining room with walls covered in Black and White photos taken by MsMarmiteLover, which would be full of approximately 30 food loving strangers, all here for one reason... to meet new people with similar interests and to soak the knowledge of four food experts, ready to divulge their deepest and intimate food-related secrets! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-guZQyXMq-44/TWLgRX1JuqI/AAAAAAAAAT0/tH76RkI6ROs/s1600/IMG_3611.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-guZQyXMq-44/TWLgRX1JuqI/AAAAAAAAAT0/tH76RkI6ROs/s320/IMG_3611.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">It was the ultimate Underground event!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Alongside our morning coffee and home made Pain au Chocolat (as well as Plain and Almond Croissants), we had a humorous speaker in the form of Daniel Young of <a href="http://youngandfoodish.com/" rel="nofollow" style="color: #003399; line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;" target="_blank">Young and Foodish</a> fame. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Now, I say Speaker. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">He was more of a Whisperer due to a lack of voice. So his charming wife spoke for him, whilst he stood and nodded in agreement and tried with all his might to add extra points where he could.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I had already read his <a href="http://youngandfoodish.com/london/top-10-burgers-in-london/" rel="nofollow" style="color: #003399; line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;" target="_blank">top ten burgers in London</a>, which is well worth a read if you live with a Burger Fiend, as I do! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">(This list will keep us busy for months with our intermittent trips to the capital!) </div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;">He said that many great food writers now want to become bloggers... What a thought to end his session on!</div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;">Thank you so much Daniel, you were so much fun and a great speaker to get things going. Check out his Burger Monday <a href="http://youngandfoodish.com/burgers/burgermondaypopup-the-movie/">Video</a> to really get you salivating!</div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>

<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Following on, was the lovely <a href="http://www.mabelgray.com/laurajames/">Laura James</a> of "<a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cool-Camping-Sleeping-Eating-Enjoying/dp/0007230559/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1298307687&sr=8-9" rel="nofollow" style="color: #003399; line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;" target="_blank">Cool Camping</a>" fame. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Likening blogging and food writing to dating, she shared her rules and thoughts on how to write a recipe, even asking us to write up our own in 5 minutes....eek!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">How to approach publishers and agents, and brutally honest about how little she had known about this world until she got there herself. </div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;">Hearing that without her agent, she would not have become huge in Korea was such an eye opener for anybody thinking about writing for money. Her best advice was to never sell a product that you don't like!</div>
<br/> <br/>
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;">What a gem she was too!</span> <span style="line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;"> </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;"><br/></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m_IoFCLVpcQ/TWLhUM_mEzI/AAAAAAAAAUA/UR1TwH7KFdo/s1600/IMG_3545.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m_IoFCLVpcQ/TWLhUM_mEzI/AAAAAAAAAUA/UR1TwH7KFdo/s320/IMG_3545.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Lunch was then served, giving us a chance to meet other people in the room and enjoy the famed food, which was one of the most exciting elements of being here!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">A starter of pea shoot and fennel salad with a vinaigrette<span style="line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;"><span style="line-height: 1.2em; outline-style: none;"> </span></span> dressing, with warm home made sun-dried tomato focaccia. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">The main course was Spaghetti Vongole...and it was amazing! Garlic and Clams, the perfect partnership. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I didn't leave a morsel!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Dessert... A sweet and tender Rhubarb and Custard Clafouti, slowly baked in the famous Aga!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-BSKqX239Eu0/TWLhtzeWc2I/AAAAAAAAAUE/hwcD4Y6H1Zw/s1600/IMG_3549.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-BSKqX239Eu0/TWLhtzeWc2I/AAAAAAAAAUE/hwcD4Y6H1Zw/s400/IMG_3549.JPG" border="0" width="400" height="300"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<br/>
<div style="text-align: center;">The third speaker of the day was the confident and professional photographer, <a href="http://www.paulwf.co.uk/">Paul Winch-Furness</a> who gave us a lesson in food photography. You can also view his photos from the day <a href="http://www.paulwf.co.uk/clients/foodblogconf/">here</a>. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">He helped us look at the technical side of photography, as well as the fun of taking the picture. The best advice being that to get the best out of the picture you are taking, shoot into the light and try not to use the flash or artificial light where possible. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">This workshop also gave us a chance to explore The Underground Restaurant and we were permitted to snap away at anything we liked, which was such a unique and exciting way to see behind the scenes. What an honour.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4YAm_Arm6f0/TWLi2BxSs7I/AAAAAAAAAUM/pW4frhBcOrk/s1600/IMG_3614.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4YAm_Arm6f0/TWLi2BxSs7I/AAAAAAAAAUM/pW4frhBcOrk/s320/IMG_3614.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">A relaxed view on the day had meant that our last speaker, the passionate <a href="http://www.timhayward.com/home.html">Tim Hayward</a> of Fire & Knives was so entertaining that it really didn't matter. He was worth the wait. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Listening intently, the entire room enjoyed his stories and view on the world of food and literature. He had stories to tell and that would mean a whole new blog just to recall them all! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">His enthusiasm is infectious and he finished the day off on a perfect high. He had the room in fits of hysterics. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">His advice was honest and real, and on the subject of writers block, he said: "Write rubbish if nothing at all!". </div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Z7jOwKkIE9s/TWLjVKP7ToI/AAAAAAAAAUQ/K6j8zTPFOEU/s1600/IMG_3555.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Z7jOwKkIE9s/TWLjVKP7ToI/AAAAAAAAAUQ/K6j8zTPFOEU/s320/IMG_3555.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">The evening ended with a swift toast with a glass of champagne and a goody bag to take home with us. I know for one, I was very tired by the time we had finished, so I can only imagine how our hostess must have felt! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">All I can say is thank you to everybody who made this day happen, especially to Kerstin!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I was so pleased to be a part of this, and if you get the chance to go to a future event, then make sure you go!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-w_lJS8iZtrE/TWLj6n5ju_I/AAAAAAAAAUU/AQ3-cdncsE8/s1600/IMG_3603.JPG" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"></a><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-b47WSJMagt8/TWLkT65FPyI/AAAAAAAAAUc/_SVyk99et2g/s1600/IMG_3630.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-b47WSJMagt8/TWLkT65FPyI/AAAAAAAAAUc/_SVyk99et2g/s320/IMG_3630.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">And if you attended the conference, and you would like to link your blog, please do leave a comment below and say hello! - I know that we did not all get the chance to get to know absolutely everybody in the room, so do come and say hello, I would love to hear from you! <br/> <br/> <br/> Miss Sue Flay <br/> <br/> <br/> x</div>

<div style="color: blue;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>Why a Virtual Tea Party?</b></span></div>
<b><br></br></b> <br></br> <b>Well, I have had so many people…</b></div>
<div class="post-header"></div>
<div class="post-body entry-content"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx8wPccG8I/AAAAAAAAAPM/HumsMkE6pTk/s1600/Photo+73.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx8wPccG8I/AAAAAAAAAPM/HumsMkE6pTk/s400/Photo+73.jpg" border="0" width="400" height="300"/></a></b></div>
<div style="color: blue;"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>Why a Virtual Tea Party?</b></span></div>
<b><br/></b> <br/> <b>Well, I have had so many people telling me that they would</b> <b>LOVE to attend my underground tea party, however are unable to make it for various reasons.</b> <br/> <b>I sat and thought about this, and decided that perhaps I could</b> <b style="color: orange;">take the tea party to them</b> <b>in some way.</b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/> <b>......This could mean packing up a cup and saucer, and a pot of tea and some cakes and delivering it to their door.....but what if they lived miles away ...or even</b> <b style="color: magenta;">overseas</b><b>?!....that just</b> <b>isn't logistically possible, however nice a holiday in Canada would be! .....</b> <b>So.... How about arranging a mass tea party via</b> <b>webcam,</b> <b><span style="background-color: #b4a7d6;">online</span> in the comfort of our own homes?.......</b><br/> <b><br/></b> <br/> <b>So I planned to do just this.</b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/> <b>My First Virtual Tea Party was held last night, Sunday 23rd January 2011 at 5pm...and it didn't go <span style="color: #351c75;">completely</span> glitch free I am sad to write haha.....At least we could laugh about it!....I really felt quite frustrated to start with.....</b><br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx87lXrfzI/AAAAAAAAAPQ/Ij8qi_-GOok/s1600/Photo+69.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx87lXrfzI/AAAAAAAAAPQ/Ij8qi_-GOok/s320/Photo+69.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></b></div>
<br/> <b>....I had planned everything to the <span style="background-color: #a2c4c9;">finest detail</span> and spent a few weeks trying to make sure that <span style="color: #990000;">everything</span> was thought of and double checked, and I was very satisfied that I had done just that, and was very happy indeed with my preparations.</b> <br/> <b>Technical calls had been made, and had been glitch free.....so nothing to worry about.....<span style="color: #0b5394;">Right?....</span></b><br/> <br/> <b>....However, on all logging into Skype to "meet" at the arranged time, we had a few issues with the webcam side of it, and could only <span style="color: #b45f06;">hear</span> each other. </b><br/> <b><br/> For a few moments, myself and another guest <span style="background-color: #ffe599;">could</span> see each other, but then that picture disappeared and we could only speak through our mics, which was very disappointing indeed. <br/> My second guest for the afternoon had a husband who works in IT, however we just could not get the 3 webcams to marry, and so we decided on continuing the tea party by <span style="background-color: #9fc5e8;">voice</span> - Setting the scene by discussing what we were all eating and drinking, and taking photos of course to prove that we had enjoyed this afternoon. </b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx9hbdWwOI/AAAAAAAAAPg/mlQlCnNW2WU/s1600/IMG_3324.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx9hbdWwOI/AAAAAAAAAPg/mlQlCnNW2WU/s320/IMG_3324.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></b></div>
<br/> <b>The great thing was that I could hear that hugely satisfying sound.....the <span style="color: #660000;">clinking</span> of china in the background, so I was a very happy bunny....glad to find that we weren't all fibbing and sat there drinking a can of coke, which helped to ease my worries!!</b><br/> <br/> <b>I had decided to put together a Virtual Tea Party Pack for my fellow "Guests" and post them out prior to our tea party : ) <br/> This helped with exciting and intriguing my guests, and they enjoyed smelling the <span style="color: #e06666;">loose leaf teas</span> and drooling over the <span style="color: #8e7cc3;">recipes</span> a few days beforehand. </b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TT17Ntk0JjI/AAAAAAAAAPs/WcuhT-sOF_M/s1600/Virtual+Pre+tp+pack.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TT17Ntk0JjI/AAAAAAAAAPs/WcuhT-sOF_M/s320/Virtual+Pre+tp+pack.jpg" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></b></div>
<b><br/></b> <br/> <b>So with this pack, I had put together a little note, explaining when and what time and how it would all work, as well as emailing my guests to get them chatting and discuss technicalities with them both. So all went to plan in that respect. <br/> They both answered some questions about themselves and we all shared our blogs and websites with each other to do a little research before we met which was really great to be able to do!<br/> We all had twitter accounts too, so there was great banter going on there too. All very exciting indeed. </b><br/> <br/> <b>My two lovely guests were <span style="background-color: #ea9999;">Marie-Claire</span> from <a href="http://cafenouveau.wordpress.com/">Nouveau Cakes</a>, a fellow underground tea party hostess from Huddersfield who made some lovely looking scones using the idea that I had sent her for my personal favourite scone recipe. The fruit and the golden colour in the photo she had taken made me feel hungry just looking at it!</b><br/> <br/> <b>And <span style="background-color: #ea9999;">Helen</span> aka <a href="http://www.candyhandfuls.co.uk/">Candy Handfuls</a>, a fantastic cake maker from Gateshead who made some lovely scones too, and both had fun baking for a few hours prior to the meet, which was great to hear : ) <br/> - I had also posted them each a recipe for my Boozy Black Forest Cupcakes, which Helen had bought the ingredients for, and plans to bake in the not so distant future, so I am very much looking forward to seeing those and how she presents them, as they will look fab! They really are tasty recipes, and so easy to make.<br/> I am just glad that I am able to share them with others and that they are making and enjoying them!</b> <br/> <br/> <b> <span style="background-color: #9fc5e8;">Myself</span>, seeing as I had spent the weekend making Oreo cupcakes for my sisters' Birthday party, was a little cupcake-d out, so I made some delicate tea party sandwiches to enjoy with my tea. I made a combination of Egg Mayonnaise with Cress & Black pepper, and also some of my tasty Ham & Garlic Jam on Granary, both went down a treat for a well deserved savoury option.</b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx9t9h2y5I/AAAAAAAAAPo/HKRSitp5Fs8/s1600/IMG_3327.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTx9t9h2y5I/AAAAAAAAAPo/HKRSitp5Fs8/s320/IMG_3327.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></b></div>
<b><br/> I had also posted out two of my favourite teas to them, along with instructions on how to brew and enjoy them. <br/> The teas that I had chosen to share were the <span style="color: blue;">Chai Tea</span> from <a href="http://www.teapigs.co.uk/">Teapigs</a>, which can also be used to make a delicious sounding Chai Latte which I have yet to try!<br/> And I had also sent a <span style="color: #e06666;">Rose Infused Black tea</span> from a lovely little tea shop called <a href="http://www.wilkinsonsofnorwich.com/">Wilkinsons of Norwich</a>. This tea goes <span style="color: #990000;">very</span> well with cake....all cake I have decided in fact! <br/> And it went down very well with both of my Virtual guests. It is very light, and can be sipped black and tastes not as strong as they had both thought it might do. It really is a winner. And I am very glad that my guests enjoyed this tea as much as I do. I highly recommend this to try if you like infused teas. </b><br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TT17pgtI8hI/AAAAAAAAAPw/Ci66OeLqNUk/s1600/1+tsp+rose.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TT17pgtI8hI/AAAAAAAAAPw/Ci66OeLqNUk/s320/1+tsp+rose.jpg" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></b></div>
<br/> <b>We had a great chat, and the hour <span style="color: red;">FLEW</span> past, I couldn't quite believe it went so fast, even if it was just our voices. <br/> I still enjoyed sipping my tea in unison, and swapping cake-related notes and discussing ingredients, and tea and all things tea party! It was great fun! And I will be arranging more in the future!</b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/> <b><br/></b> <br/> <b>I can't apologise <span style="background-color: #d5a6bd;">enough</span> to my guests for the technical issues, and I will be arranging a second meet in the near future, so that we can do this face to face again. <br/> Despite the technical hitch, I still feel that I have made two <span style="color: magenta;">FANTASTIC</span> new acquaintances through this experience, and I hope to "meet" face to face very soon....I am working on this issue as I type hehe!<br/> <br/> This is <span style="background-color: #b6d7a8;">such a great way to make new friends</span> and I hope to have new people joining me and my virtual guests <span style="color: #741b47;">(Wherever you are in the world!!!)</span> very soon!....It really is great fun! And I intend to change the theme and format every time, so drop me a line should you fancy joining in...I can arrange a virtual meet around <span style="color: orange;">YOU</span> and your freetime!</b><br/> <br/> <b><br/> Just contact me to discuss : ) <br/></b> <span style="font-size: large;"><b><span style="background-color: #ead1dc; color: red;">Miss Sue Flay</span> <br/> <br/> <span style="background-color: #b4a7d6;">xx</span></b></span></div>The Books that got me into baking...And Still enjoy!tag:supperclubfangroup.ning.com,2011-01-20:4181778:BlogPost:210042011-01-20T09:30:03.000ZThe Secluded Tea Partyhttps://supperclubfangroup.ning.com/profile/TheSecludedTeaParty
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Every time I go to my bookshelf to look for something quite specific, I always annoy myself at just HOW MANY cookery cooks I actually have to peel from the shelves and onto the floor to get to the one that I need!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">This exercise is never a short one either...the book that I am looking for is most usually right at the bottom towards the back, and my living room ends up…</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Every time I go to my bookshelf to look for something quite specific, I always annoy myself at just HOW MANY cookery cooks I actually have to peel from the shelves and onto the floor to get to the one that I need!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">This exercise is never a short one either...the book that I am looking for is most usually right at the bottom towards the back, and my living room ends up looking like Beirut within the space of approx 2 minutes!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I am sure that other cooks (Professional and home makers alike!) will all be nodding in agreement with me here! I can't be the only one that suffers this unorganised state!!!???.....</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">This weekend, whilst looking for <b style="color: blue;">one</b> specific recipe within <b style="color: blue;">one</b> specific book....I stopped and looked at just <u><i>how many</i></u> cookery books I actually owned and felt ashamed for a moment, as I didn't feel that I use them very often. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">And with the Mister watching silently, I could feel his cookery-book-hoarding judgement from the opposite side of the coffee table!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">So I guiltily sat back and thought about each and every book, and as I decided which ones might need to go, <b style="color: #cc0000;">I realised something.......</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">...... <b style="color: #0b5394;">I do use them all!!</b>....several times over throughout the past ten or so years that I have enjoyed baking!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I may not use loads of recipes from each one, but I do actually and have used <b><span style="color: #351c75;">every</span> <span style="color: orange;">single</span> <span style="color: #134f5c;">book</span></b> many times over, and I intend to for many many times in the future!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">So here I am....sharing just a <b style="color: magenta;">FEW of my favourites</b>...and some significant cookery books from my own personal baking experiences over the last few years : ) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">...... Perhaps you will recognise them all!....Perhaps you won't! All I will say is that I have had a <b style="color: purple;">HUGE</b> amount of fun baking with these books, and I love them all!...Of course, mainly for their sweet dishes! hehe.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNO4--GeNI/AAAAAAAAAOI/R62ki7GhxxU/s1600/IMG_3314.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNO4--GeNI/AAAAAAAAAOI/R62ki7GhxxU/s320/IMG_3314.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">First Up...<b style="color: magenta;">Nigella</b><b style="color: magenta;">!</b>.... Who <b>doesn't</b> like the Domestic Goddess herself?! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Ok....Well, I <b>do</b> know of many who <b>do NOT like her</b>, but I think she is <b>FAB!</b> She has been a real role model for my younger self, and I looked up to her a lot and loved just how glamourous she looked whilst cooking!....<b>IF ONLY</b> I could look as glamourous with scone mix wiped over my face....she is <b>Fabulous!</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><br/></b></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I found my <b style="color: #990000;">Pupcakes</b> book in the pet department at Harrods one Xmas and since buying it, my pooch has enjoyed several treats from it! The author does write that all of her recipes are both pooch friendly <b>AND</b> human friendly...What she <b>doesn't</b> say is that they taste <b>AWFUL</b> to the human tongue! But my boy <b>LOVES</b> the cute cat cupcakes on the front (Banana & Peanut Butter..an interesting concoction to say the least!)</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><span style="color: #38761d;">The Patisseries Of Paris</span></b>... a book that was reccomended through Edd Kimber's <a href="http://he-eats.com/">Blog</a> (The Lovely Edd won The Great British Bake Off on BBC1 in 2010) and has inspired me over the past few months to enjoy a class or two at the <b>LOVELY</b> <a href="http://www.cambridgecookeryschool.com/">Cambridge Cookery School</a>, where I have started to learn how to make various French treats, and I feel inspired to visit Paris not too far into the future thanks to this dreamy book!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b style="color: #3d85c6;">Who You Callin' Cupcake?</b> - A book that had grabbed my attention on play.com and had added to my Xmas wish list for some American inspiration. <b>Hmm</b>....Having made the vanilla cupcakes....I am not <b>entirely</b> sure that this is a great <b>recipe</b> book....I <b>will</b> try again, but they came out very much like doughnuts!...Crispy on the outside and nothing in the middle!.. But for decoration ideas, this book is tip top! I <b>Love</b> staring at the designs!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; color: #783f04; text-align: center;"><b><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTWvgcCfSjI/AAAAAAAAAO0/EToL_cLMovk/s1600/Brownies+Cookbook.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTWvgcCfSjI/AAAAAAAAAO0/EToL_cLMovk/s320/Brownies+Cookbook.jpg" border="0" width="240" height="320"/></a></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b style="color: #783f04;">The Brownie Cookbook</b> - <b>My very FIRST</b> cook book. Having offered to help out my pack with a jumble sale, I came across this book and liked the sound of cooking safely <b>without</b> my mum!....So I stashed it under my coat, stuck 20p in the pot and hoped nobody would see that I hadn't put it out for sale!....<b>To this day!....I still use it!</b> The flapjack recipe was the first recipe I had made alone, and it went down a lot better than my "Teddy Bears Birthday Cake" which was disappointingly just a jam sandwich covered in buttercream....ick!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Good Old <b style="color: red;">Delia!</b> She, I am sure, is the <b>oracle</b> for most home cooks and bakers un the UK, and she has gotten both Myself <b>AND</b> the Mister out of some <b>very</b> dodgy kitchen situations such as the roast potatoes that we decided to cook with Goose Fat for our first Xmas dinner...But had no idea <b>how to actually do it</b>....it was easy in the end!....And saving my bacon when I had drawn a complete blank on how to actually make a traditional Yorkshire Pudding! The woman is a <b>GEM</b> to be held in the Kitchen!</div>

<b style="color: #c27ba0;">The Hummingbird Bakery</b> is still somewhere that I have not yet had the chance to <b>visit</b>, but I was given this book for a gift one year, and it makes some of the <b>MOST</b> delicious cupcakes I have ever made! Very simple and yet extremely tasty recipes! I have not yet ventured away from their <b>cupcakes</b>....so right now I feel inspired to go away and try out one of their <b>scrummy-looking traybakes!!</b> - A must have book for <b>any</b> cupcake fan!<br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNPh2ve3gI/AAAAAAAAAOk/AIE3Yi5As9o/s1600/IMG_3312.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNPh2ve3gI/AAAAAAAAAOk/AIE3Yi5As9o/s320/IMG_3312.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
Need I even name these guys?! They are <b>THE DUDES</b> of British baking, and <b>I LOVE</b> them with all my heart! And the Mister <b>does</b> know of my infatuation with them both!!! ; ) <br/> <b style="color: #741b47;">The Hairy Bikers</b> have produced some brilliant cook books, but their <b>"Mums know best"</b> book is a favourite of mine, used many many weeks of the year! - I have used various versions of their recipes for <b style="color: #0b5394;">The Secluded Tea Party</b> so far, and they have all gone down a storm! <b>Easy to prepare</b> recipes, and very easy to follow!... If you don't use them, <b>give them a go</b>....they offer no nonsense, really well thought out recipes! <a href="http://www.hairybikers.com/">Check out the cheeky chaps here!</a> <br/> <br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNPk7ivFdI/AAAAAAAAAOo/fx3ciE4e2qI/s1600/IMG_3308.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNPk7ivFdI/AAAAAAAAAOo/fx3ciE4e2qI/s320/IMG_3308.JPG" border="0" width="320" height="240"/></a></div>
Ravinder Bhogal is a new one on me... I hadn't heard of her until my auntie gave me <b style="color: #45818e;">Cook in Boots</b> as a gift!<br/>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Now, I am not one for experimenting in other lands of wonderment, <b>OTHER</b> than with British Food really! - I am a bit of a wuss when it comes to Indian food....however, the lovely lady makes <b>THE MOST</b> <i>tasty</i> guilty pleasure in the form of a pan-cooked Banana and Chocolate Sandwich! <b>YUM.</b> Worth owning this book <b>JUST</b> for this recipe alone! Hehe.<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_qapAGeiNCYE/TTNPpNVpFRI/AAAAAAAAAOs/uGqETXwsQCY/s1600/IMG_3307.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><br/></a></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">And Lastly...Of course...The <b>QUEEN</b> of baking! <b style="background-color: #c27ba0;">Mary Berry's Fool proof Cakes</b>. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This was my first real cake book, where I made my first <b>REAL</b> Victoria Sponge, and various other firsts too!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This book is so <b>simple</b>, yet so satisfying. Mary Berry has a way of writing that makes it easy to follow and makes you want to get it right, just in case she ever <b>KNEW</b> that you hadn't done exactly what she had told you to do! <b>I love her, and I love this book!</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b>Feel free to share your favourite books with me! I love taking a peek at new cookbooks, so tell me which you use and have used over the years : ) </b></div>

VERY first time this Sunday 21st November, and it went ahead <big><b>amazingly</b></big> well without.....well...........Very FEW..... glitches....!<br/>
<br/>
The only <big><b>major</b></big> glitch being the packing up of the car<br />
the morning of the tea party... my lovely (And BRAND NEW!) carry case<br />
(from Lakeland I might add!) with clips on the sides to hold the food<br />
snugly into the box decided to <big><b>UN</b></big>clip on route to the car from my front door...and of course, some of my sandwiches fell out onto the muddy grass......<b>DOH!!!!</b><br/>
<br/>
....Now, this was not myself that dropped them....It was the<br />
mister....and he went as white as a ghost realising that Miss Sue Flays<br />
Anger was imminent.(!!)... But surprisingly....to him as well as<br />
myself...Hehe....I stayed calm......it had happened......I was running<br />
late......there was <b>NOTHING</b> I could do about it! - Much to his relief!...Bless him! <br/>
- And I must mention .....he has been an absolute <big><b>STAR</b></big><br />
throughout...supporting me with the prep and running to the supermarket<br />
on a Sunday morning when I realised that the key ingredient to my<br />
scones (The Natural Yoghurt that I use to make these light and<br />
airy!)....was missing!....Argh haha!!........So <big><b>THANK YOU</b></big> to my Mister for helping me out <b>massively</b> throughout!<br/>
I Couldn't have done this prep without you!!! x<br/>
<big><br/>
So back to the Tea Party itself......</big><br/>
<br/>
... The table was set.... purple checked table cloths with a country feel to brighten up the dark autumn day!<br/>
Luckily it didn't rain, but it was chilly....so I wanted an ambient<br />
feel to the room....small tea lights, bright...yellow flowers in vases<br />
and jugs.... and my own cake plates (Also made by myself : ) dotted<br />
around the table holding my home-made scones, sandwiches and<br />
chocolate-dipped strawberries. <br/>
<br/>
My guests got on like a house on fire, the sound of fun and excited<br />
conversation held loudly over the background music (which I could<br />
hardly hear from the kitchen over the discussions being held : ) <br/>
It was great to hear the room getting on so well and enjoying the food that was laid out for them. <br/>
And they were not scared to get stuck in....the type of guests I <big><b>LOVE</b></big>!<br/>
<br/>
They got on so well in fact, that what I hadn't anticipated was that<br />
they were prepared to share around their own individual pots of tea and<br />
sample each others teas <b>(Which was supplied by the lovely Alex at teapigs.co.uk!)</b>....which was just FANTASTIC to see happening!!<br/>
This meant that my guests got to try and enjoy other teas that they would not have selected themselves. <br/>
I hope to see future guests doing the same, as this was a GREAT way for<br />
everybody to find new teas that they didn't think they would<br />
like....and finding out that they LOVED! : ) <br/>
As well as chatting to people that they hadn't previously met or spoken to before! <br/>
<br/>
Even my experimental Ham and Garlic Jam sandwiches went down well<br />
hehe....I was unsure if it was just my taste buds being odd and it just<br />
being myself that loved this filling....and I was worried that I may<br />
well turn some faces sour...<b>BUT</b>...my guests loved the concoction<br />
and they went down better than any of the other fillings.....so rest<br />
assured.....HAM & GARLIC JAM SANDWICHES WILL APPEAR AT ALL FUTURE<br />
SECLUDED TEA PARTIES! - <b>They will be legendary! (Hehe!)</b><br/>
<br/>
My last course was also VERY fun to carry in....as everybody had such<br />
full tummies towards the end of the afternoon, they had forgotten that<br />
I was serving my famous Black Forest (Boozy!) Cupcakes....and once they<br />
arrived, everybody had forgotten how full they were and all forced one<br />
down...Much to my delight!<br/>
<br/>
So all in all....a WONDERFUL first tea party....a LOVELY warm and<br />
inviting Secret Venue in a Secluded Cambridgeshire location, surrounded<br />
by autumnal colours from the trees and leaves everywhere....Garlic Jam<br />
Sandwiches that went down a treat....Clotted Cream had been licked<br />
clean from the bowls....and teapots left empty!....A hostess could not<br />
ask for better than that!<br/>
<br/>
And I am now very much looking forward to the next Secluded Tea Party........<big><b>The (Xmas!) Secluded Tea Party on Sunday 12th December at 2pm</b></big>.....a few spaces left, so contact me now for more information and to secure your place!<br/>
<br/>
Until next time!<br/>
