 Fat Carrot Event 

'Bumped off at Betty's' by HADS a Murder Mystery dining experience.

Saturday 20thJuly 6.00pm East Peckham Village Hall,Bush Road, East Peckham, Nr Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 5LL

Join us in the 1950's at Betty's teashop during the Marchmount village flower show for a meal and murder mystery. Guests will be seated at communal 'team tables' and can try to work out whodunit. 1950's dress is optional- prize for the best.

Tickets: Adult £22, senior £20, including a ‘tea-shop’ themed veggie/ vegan meal. The' Marchmount Arms' bar will be available for tea/ coffee and locally-sourced veggie friendly drinks.

The evening:
6pm Be the judges at the Marchmount Flower Show by voting for your favourite floral display.
6.30pm First course will be served at Betty's Tea Shop.
7.00pm Watch the action unfold in the tea room and take notes so you can guess 'whodunit'.
7.45 Betty's famous cakes will be served.
8.00 Interviews of the suspects will take place.
8.30 Any other questions
8.45 Raffle drawn & flower/ costume prizes awarded.
9.15 The murderer will be revealed…..and the winning team announced.

NB tickets for The Fat Carrot veggie events are limited and sold on a first come, first serve basis so book early to avoid disappointment.

Picnics!

We have just had National Picnic Week but while the summer is with us, why not venture outside. We can make you up a picnic bag complete with biodegradable plate& cutlery for £10per person. We are at Shipbourne Farmers’ Market every Thursday which is minutes from Ightham Mote house and gardens & every other Friday we are at the stunning Sissinghurst Castle so it couldn’t be easier to grab yourself a picnic.

Celebrity Vegans & Local Charity Event

We recently discovered that singing legend Billy Ocean is vegan. He is headlining at an upcoming charity event in Sevenoaks.

It is great fun msmarmitelover. You get to look at the clues and ask the suspects questions. You can dress up or enter the floral art competition! Beer/ wine/ cider in the bar is all local to the venue. Get up a team and join us!
