Musicians brought their instruments for an informal jam-session on our sun-soaked balcony after the meal had settled. Fun was had by all and tastebuds and eardrums were all well catered for by the end of the day!<br /> <br /> ABOUT THE FOOD<br /> <br /> On the menu this Sunday, Regina served chicken or aubergine fajitas filled with sweet peppers, onions and lime marinade. Served with mexican rice and refried beans, pico de gallo, peach salsa with chips and jalepenos to add a good ol' kick! To wash it down was a tangy homemade limeade and also rum, marinaded in fresh melon as a welcome drink.<br /> <br /> ABOUT THE SUPPER CLUB<br /> <br /> We host informal events in our own apartment to celebrate good food in a cosy atmosphere with nice people.
