We had so much fun the first time that we're doing it again! Crostini, micro-seasonal Marzolino cheese with Favas, Pasta in Sugo Bianco, Veal Stuffed with Artichokes, and Fritelle di San Giuseppe. Wine available or BYO. Suggested contribution of £30, located in Fulham. Reserve on

Menu (depending on availability of the best ingredients):

- Crostinis and Marzolini con fave – Marzolino is a pecorino (sheep’s milk) cheese that is only available in the month of March, when the ewes on this particular Chianti hillside have eaten the new grass, which is said to give the cheese its delicate flavour. Traditionally served with fava beans at this time of year

- Risotto Primavera – a family recipe using spring vegetables

- Involtini di vitello con carciofi – veal-wrapped baby artichokes

- Fritelle di San Giuseppe – the Florentine celebrate St Joseph’s Day with these traditional rice fritelle. While entirely logical, it took me a while to figure out that San Giuseppe’s day is the italian Father’s Day!

We are delighted to offer our first cooking course on Sunday 14 March – Crostini and Stuzzichini – to get your canapes on for the bella stagione! 12 pm to 3 pm – Max 4 people.
