The South Indian region of India uses unique ingredients such as coconut, curry leaves, asafoetida and tamarind to create a mouth-watering variety of dishes such as idli, sambar and dosa. The Spice Club essentially wants to fill the void in the Indian restaurant scene which lacks the authenticity and satisfaction that you get from eating freshly prepared, home cooked Indian food.
