Roast Pork Chop with sweet spices in a date and chilli sauce served with turmeric and coriander mash
Not sure that words do this dish any justice. With over 12 spices including lavender, galangal, turmeric, fennel seeds to name but a few, the smell alone is enough to give you that warm fuzzy feeling. The spices form a tasty crust on the otherwise soft and succulent chop and combined with the slightly sweet chilli sauce, you will be forgiven for shading a tear of joy.
