Tis the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, where hearty homemade food is just the ticket on the chilly evenings!
Being country girls at heart, the evening is inspired by the fields and woods of England, and diners should expect a 4 course menu brimming with seasonal ingredients.
On arrival: Canapes and complimentary cocktail
First course: Rustic wild boar pate accompanied by Autumn fig compote, watercress and home baked toasted sourdough.
Main: Individual juniper roasted partridges, with thyme and garlic gratin, roasted beetroots, greens and port jus.
Dessert: Chestnut chocolate pots with roasted plum and vanilla compote.
To finish: Coffees, teas and petit four
