Event Description
8 course meal in Crouch End, London, inspired by our recent travels in New Zealand! The evening kicks off at 7:15 which a kiwi champagne cocktail and the menu that follows is:
smoked trout canapes
Savoury lamb pies Raetihi
Kumara (sweet potato) and ginger soup with homemade bread selection, served with dukkah
Pinot gris and thyme sorbet
Slow cooked salmon Rakiura with seasonal veg
Citrus fromage blanc a la Craggy Range
