Event Description
At this fun supper club for 24 we celebrate delicious seasonal food (largely sourced from Riverford Organic) as an eight course meal. It is a very relaxed social atmosphere, where you can bring some friends or just come along and meet some new people ! And if weather permits, we’ll eat al fresco! This week's menu:
- Champagne Cocktail, asparagus + prosciutto in filo
- Grilled asparagus, goats cheese + basil and shaved fennel
- Minted pea soup
- Strawberry and rhubarb sorbet
- Braised lamb with spinach, chickpeas, toasted almonds and glazed carrots
- Vanilla cheesecake with rhubarb and ginger
- Selection of cheeses
- Tea, coffee, homemade chocolates
