The Regional Recipes supper club will uncover local food treasures from around the British Isles. These might be regional specialities like Welsh cakes, Cornish pasties, Bath Olivers or Chelsea buns or they might be little known local produce such as Arbroath Smokies, Bury black pudding and Somerset cider. The menu will take aspects of these dishes and ingredients and produce a tasty and beautifully presented meal that highlights the best Britain has to offer.
