British Kitchen Supper Club: Taste of Tradition: £30
The Taste of Tradition supper club will focus on classic combinations of British food, think Roast Beef and Horseradish, Bangers and Mash or Apple Crumble and Custard. These dishes have been constantly popular on the British table for the past half a century and inform our ideas of what is quintessentially British food. The menu will be inspired by these familiar tastes and historic and modern cooking techniques and presentation.
