British Kitchen Supper Club: Winter Feasts: £40
The Winter Feasts supper club will focus on the fantastic history of British feasting food. Taking inspiration from 500 years of winter festivities the menu will highlight the evolution of celebratory British food with each dish encapsulating a different time period. The evening will be a chance to indulge in the best of British winter ingredients that are both beautifully cooked and lovingly presented. Dishes might be medieval roast wild boar, Victorian favourites of Christmas turkey or sugarplums, thrifty Christmas puddings from either world war or popular modern day choices like tropical fruit trifle or honey roast parsnips.
