Tasting menu focusing on seasonal British wild mushrooms, including girolle, chanterelle, pied blue, pied de mouton, trompette de mort and a few others. We will be showcasing some traditional dishes and some a little more inventive, but all dishes will be purely dedicated to showing just how amazing these mushrooms are.

Wild mushroom fritters, aioli (on arrival)
Wild mushrooms on sour dough toast, toasted cobnuts, parsley cream
Atlantic halibut with herb crust, sauteed girolles, crisp potato, port syrup
Braised ox cheek, celeriac mash, trompette mushroom & glazed baby onions
Bitter chocolate pudding, porcini truffle, clotted cream
