Chicken and Mango Salad
Slices of Grilled chicken breast and sweet ripe mango on a bed of herby leaves, served with a ginger orange dressing.
Mushroom and Stilton Bruschetta
A medley of creamed field, chestnut and button mushrooms in a rich peppery sauce piled onto a slice of homemade toasted bread, topped with crumbled Cropwell Bishop White Stilton
BBQ Crispy Salmon
Crispy Skinned BBQ Salmon marinated with lemon and fennel.
Served with a slivered fennel salad drizzled with a grilled chilli and lemon dressing.
BBQ Citrus and Honey Chicken Drumsticks
A pile of BBQ chicken drumsticks smothered with a citrus and honey marinade,
Served on slices of griddled orange drizzled with honey.
Pulled Pork with Homemade BBQ Sauce
Pork roasted until it melts in your mouth then pulled, piled high on your plate drizzled with our own homemade BBQ sauce, with a side order for dipping and a chunk of crispy crackling.
Clarkies Mixed Grill
How about a sample of the chicken drumsticks, a pile of pulled pork, a Colleges Lincolnshire sausage and a homemade ostrich burger topped with a fried free range egg. A side order of fried onions to finish the plate.
All served with bowls of baby new potatoes finished with butter and nutmeg
Corn on the cob
Oven roasted Mediterranean vegetable medley.
Strawberry Mille Feuilles
Thin layers of crispy puff pastry piped with creamy crème patisserie and piled high with juicy ripe British strawberries all dusted with icing sugar.
Dark Chocolate Mousse and Raspberry Curd Pots
Rich dark chocolate mousse swirled with homemade raspberry curd, served in its own individual jar with a side order of fresh English raspberries.
Libby’s Danish Delight
A flaky pastry base covered with a layer of crème patisserie cream piped with almond paste and piled high with a fresh fruit salad, served with scoops of whipped cream.
