Using fresh seasonal and wherever possible locally sourced quality food to serve you a delicious menu Libby and daughter Sarah are the cooks, with Bob as the gopher; well we had to give him something to do!

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
A warming bowl of roasted red pepper and tomato soup, a swirl of cream finishes the dish and a chunk of homemade bread.
Mushroom and Stilton Bruschetta
A medley of creamed field, chestnut and button mushrooms in a rich peppery sauce piled onto a slice of homemade toasted bread, topped with crumbled Cropwell Bishop White Stilton
Stuffed Baby Aubergine
Baby aubergine roasted in the oven and stuffed with ‘Momma’s recipe’, a mixture of minced steak, onions, mushrooms olives and roasted aubergine in a rich tomato sauce topped with mature cheddar cheese
Hot Honey Spiced Chicken
A free range Chicken supreme marinated with a blend of spices, coriander, fennel, cumin, cinnamon and with a hint of chilli a touch of honey roasted to perfection. Served with a chicken spice jus.
Pulled Pork with Homemade BBQ Sauce
Pork roasted until it melts in your mouth then pulled, piled high on your plate drizzled with our own homemade BBQ sauce, with a side order for dipping and a chunk of crispy crackling.
Clarkies Mixed Grill
How about a sample of the spicy chicken, a pile of pulled pork, a Colleges Lincolnshire sausage and a homemade ostrich burger topped with a fried free range egg. A side order of fried onions to finish the plate.
All served with bowls of baby new potatoes finished with butter and nutmeg

Oven roasted Mediterranean vegetable medley.
Spiced Filo parcels with Fig and Pomegranate and a cardamom syrup.
Thin layers of crispy filo filled with pistachio, honey, lemon and cinnamon served with fresh figs and pomegranate seeds drizzled with cardamom syrup.
Dark Chocolate Mousse and Raspberry Curd Pots
Rich dark chocolate mousse swirled with homemade raspberry curd, served in its own individual jar with a side order of fresh English raspberries.
Creamy Rice Pot with flaked toasted Almonds and a shot of Amaretto
Served hot our creamy rice pudding has a topping of roasted flaked almonds and a shot of Amaretto served on the side.
Freshly brewed Tea or Coffee
