Cucina Cinzia is back from our summer hiatus and delighted to invite you to supper on the 22 & 23rd October! Please see our website for menu and any updates, as well as our Facebook page.

* Aperitivo – Prosecco and fried sage leaves with stuzzichini

* Antipasti- “Cecina” – made from traditionally milled chick pea flour – with some traditional crostini.

* Pappa al Pomodoro – rustic Tuscan tomato and bread soup – Cinzia will have to bring the bread in her suitcase to make it just right!

* Salsicce and fagioli all’uccelletto – Italian sausage and “birdy” beans

* Castagnaccio - a very particular and quintessentially autumnal Tuscan dessert, made with traditionally milled chestnut flour, pine nuts, and rosemary.
