Spring is sprouting and we have our spring menu for 21st April using some of our favourite ingredients that are at their best at this time of year. Here it is:
- Surprise cocktail
- Crab cakes
- Home-made tagliatelle with nettle and walnut pesto
- Chicken, leek and bacon pie with spring vegetables
- Kiwi Sorbet
- Rhubarb & vanilla sorbet and brown bread ice cream with crumble
- Coffees and teas
