Winter's finally here so here's a warming menu for our 18th Feb dinner using some of our favourite ingredients that are at their best at this time of year. Here it is:
- Cocktail: Harvey Wallbangers
- Crab on toast
- Pappardelle with slow-cooked beef shin, or pappardelle with walnut and sage (v)
- Chicken cooked with walnut and pomegranate, or baked aubergine with yoghurt and pomegranate (v), and pilav rice
- Blood orange sorbet with prosecco
- Orange ice cream with chocolate chilli pudding
- Coffees and teas
