Crispy Pata - Deep fried pork leg served with soy & vinegar dip
Mae's Lechon - Brine and Slow roasted pork belly (6-8 hours) cooked with lemongrass, bayleaves, spring onions, garlic and seasoning. Served with rice, homemade liver sauce and Atchara (homemade green papaya pickle)
Ube cake - Purple Yam cake with butter cream
