Figs stuffed with Gorgonzola wrapped in prosciutto di Parma then baked served with lambs lettuce and a fig balsamic dressing
Primo:
Risi e bisi with Talleggio
Secondo:
Coniglio dalla Nonna (Rabbit) with polenta consa, double baked with a ragú of porcini mushrooms, tomatoes and Parmigiano
Dolce:
Stuffed peaches with Amaretti, ground Almonds & Amaretto liqueur cream
Iced espresso with cantucci
