I couldn't let the summer pass by without another supper to share some of my most favourite dishes.
Summertime brings out some of the most delicious flavours in Italian cooking. Fresh and tasty ingredients come together to make some classic dishes which are perfect for long, relaxed lunches, dinners and suppers.
Hopefully this second wave of summer will last until the very end of August and we can start the evening with a glass of Prosecco or Campari Spritz al fresco with some bruschettine & marinated olives.
The menu has been chosen not only to show some of the freshest and tastiest rustic, Italian summer dishes but also includes some lighter versions of Italian classics, with each course complimenting the next.
As always, supper shall be finished off with coffee, some sweet treats and the always well received liquors, including home brew crema di limoncello.
