Spring - the season of all new beginnings - after the limited choice in winter we have all the fresh green herbs back - so come and taste the different flavours - for each course I will use a different herb - you will get to taste quite a variety of flavours over the evening. Here the full menu - and I do cater for dietary requirements - just mention when booking.
