 Roast Beetroot and Squash with Smoked Feta, Toasted Seeds Pine nuts and Balsamic reduction

  Pan Fried Fish with Crispy Breadcrumbs and Fried Capers

 French and Broad Beans with Orange and Hazelnuts

 Pear tarte tatin and Cinammon ice cream

 Whipped brie with cranberry compote and croutons
