NB. I’ve changed the menu slightly so I could incorporate the white gazpacho into the meal. I served the soup last night at a dinner party here in Spain and everyone loved it! So I wanted supperclub diners to get a chance to try it before the summer is completely over.. It is quite special, I hope you enjoy it as much as they did last night.
