-Traditional Caribbean Chicken Soup (with dumplings & sweet potato)

Mains:
-El's Sautéed Callaloo & Spinach rice
- Tropical Fruity BBQ Chicken
- Rachel's Tasty Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings
- Deep Fried Filleted Fish ( garnished with spring onions and peppers in a sweet vinaigrette)
- Jerk pork (marinated in traditional spices, smoked in a steel drum)

Dessert:
- Cinnamon & Nutmeg Crumbled Apple Cake
- Rich Decadent Chocolate Tart
( served with a thick creamy custard or Vanilla ice cream)
