Fresh Feasts is a celebration of all the amazing, beautiful ingredients that London is stuffed full of! And what better way to celebrate that than to take one fantastic ingredient at its seasonal best and base an entire menu on it, using unusually delicious combinations to make it sing.

First up is beautiful beetroot, and all its amazing colours, textures and flavours. But it will be a beetroot feast like none other! We're serving up:

*Savoury goat cheesecake with pickled beetroot & a walnut salad
*Beetroot chutney with crispy mackerel and cucumber ketchup
*Pork with beetroot & pink peppercorn gratin
*Beetroot & orange Eton mess
