What can you expect? Think mackerel three ways – escabeche, tartar and ceviche – as well fusion guacamole. Then let your palate salivate over duck confit & quinoa, as well as some South American rolled beef and chicken fillets, served in Malcolm’s signature style. And for dessert, what about some sushi samba?
