I am pleased to announce the next Supper Club will be on Saturday 8th December. As it will be getting very close to Christmas, I thought it would be nice to add a few festive touches to the evening. No turkey or sprouts, you will be glad to hear - I'm sure everyone will get quite enough of that in December!
We'll kick off with a complementary Winter Pimms and some nibbles at 7.30, before sitting down for the meal:
Thai Crab Cakes with a sweet chilli dressing
Beef Wellington with Dauphinoise potatoes, green beans, roast winter vegetables and a red wine jus
Christmas Meringue Roulade
Obviously, the beef will be free-range, top quality fillet. If you would prefer a veggie option, please let me know. I can easily do carrot, instead of crab, and a wild mushroom Wellington, instead of beef.
We'll finish off the evening with coffee and home-made mince pies!
If you would like to come, the total cost is £25 per person. As it's Christmas, it's also an excellent opportunity to dress up - girls, get your frocks on!
