Fresh pink lemonade

Starter

Crushed broad bean, lemon and mint pasties

served with a roast asparagus and baby spinach salad, beetroot reduction and carrot creme.

Main Course

Crumbed aurbergine and ricotta goujons served with artichokes in a tomato sauce, basil pesto, black olive tapenade and a rocket and pine nut salad.

Dessert

Raspberry and Almond Delice

Almond sponge with a raspberry bavarois topped with fresh raspberries and served with an Amaretto chantilly cream.
