This experimental menu prepared by David Neville, owner and chef of El Toro the leading Sheffield Tapas Bar, aims to entertain, amuse and delight. Join our select band of gourmets for one night only to sample this experimental international menu with classic french, spanish and english influences and let us put some light into a long January night. The menu consists of:
Amuse-bouche - Crispy Bacon & Maple Syrup Marshmallow
Butter Poached Lobster with Welsh Rarebit, Parsnip Mash and Ox Tail Jus
2 Minute Cuttle-Fish with Garlic Crisp Beans and Spanish Black Pudding
Blood Grapefruit Salad with Roast Beetroot and Whipped Goats Cheese
Fillet of Beef with Carrot & Red Wine Sauce, Finished with Black Sesame Seeds and Watercress
Pancakes with Honey Butter and Blueberries
Along with the exquisite 6 course tasting menu you will be treated to a tutored wine tasting with each of the food courses being perfectly matched by a specially selected wine.
The event starts at 7.00 p.m and finishes between 9.30 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. Food and drink are provided by Hartingtons, with all wines and food being included in the £40 ticket price.
