Chef Cordelia Peel delivers food inspired by her Burmese and English roots and travel to countries such as India, Thailand and Peru and countless hours at the coalface experimenting with new ingredients and dishes. Expect contrasting courses, seasonal ingredients and flavours that leave a lasting taste in your mouth.

Sticky chilli and lemongrass marinated pork or aubergine (V) roasted, spring onions, coriander and garlic peanut noodles topped with crispy fried garlic and crushed roasted peanuts, served with sweet pickled carrot

Slow cooked beef cheeks or lentils with tamarind
A warming tangy dish with subtle spice, inspired by the Burmese dish ‘Ametha Hin’ (beef in tamarind sauce) and ‘Amehnat’ (slow cook beef). Made with either beef cheeks or split urid and mung lentils (V), served with a garlic potato puree, sautéed cavolo nero, topped with crispy fried onions
