hifumi are collaborating with Borough Wines Kensal Rise to bring you a 6-course menu, composed of seasonal and regional dishes from Japan, each matched with a delicious wine carefully chosen by Borough Wines. We promise to bring new flavours and textures, as well as exciting food and wine pairing.
