Margots Kitchen invites the talented Brazilian elBulli apprentice chef Gabriel Vidolin to create a wonderful 6 course real food dinner for 4 nights only.
Gabriel is a highly experienced chef, with training in classical French cuisine as well as a stab at the culinary avant-garde experiments of the likes of the Catalan elBulli. His cookery roots, nevertheless, are firmly placed in his hometown, back in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo.
