YOU WILL BE SPOILT with a 5 course tasting menu prepared by Yummy Choo, each course is matched with PREMIUM rum. To further compliment the tastes so you can experience true Mauritian living!

For 2 hours, we will engage your pallette with tropical food flavours and tantalising Rum, held at a quirky location in buzzy Brixton (2 mins walk from tube/train station)

with Fresh Coriander/Coconut Satini

Mini Fresh Puri, Shrimp Rougaille (fragrant tomoto sauce) Spring Onion/Coriander

Third Course
Mauritian Cari Poulet (family recipe chicken curry using Mauritian spices) with fragrant rice

Fourth Course
Fish Vindaye (pickled in mustard seeds,served traditionally cold), Warm Dhall Salad

Fifth Course
Exotic Fruit, Mango/Coconut Creme, Coulis & Pistachios

Drinks can be purchased on the evening from The Gin Garden (www.gingarden.com) with a cockail list and pairings with the menu
