The aim of “MEGUMIS” supper club is to share real Japanese food.
For my next supper I have invited chef Akemi Yokoyama. Akemi will prepare a five course supper including traditional sabazushi, nigiri sushi made at the table and a course including wagyu, specially imported from Japan for this evening.

Slow cooked mouli in dashi served with homemade-miso infused minced chicken
7 pieces of nigiri sushi and selection of sushi rolls including Japanese wagyu sushi
Clear dashi soup
Japanese arrowroot cake with sweet soybean powder
