Japanese udon noodles in a dark basement in Dalston, plus you can bring your own booze.
This new series of underground dinners will be centred around Japanese Udon noodles, presented with two separate pairings.
It will be dark, it will be loud.
Come with the people you would love to depart for a trip to Tokyo with or come alone and look for interesting people to share the journey with.
Talk with anyone, after all, it's not a restaurant.
Watercress, tofu, katsuobushi, red shiso and ponzu
Japanese udon noodles in hot tsuyu served with:
- 24H marinated Saikyo-miso salmon
- Wild rocket leaves and yuzu-marinated smoked mackerel

The event is BYO, feel free to bring your favourite drink.
We cater for most allergies and dietary requirements,

The event starts at 7:00pm, with the dinner starting at 7:30pm.
