Saturday 30th July 19.30 until 11.30 in Basingstoke
Please bring own wine, on this occasion we suggest you bring whatever wine you feel you will enjoy the most with the menu . No corkage is charged.

Canapés
served with complimentary Martini or Manhattan
Chicken terrine / Ham terrine served on New York bread / Olives
First Course
Pan roasted Asparagus with a poached egg and miso butter,
Or
Cherry tomato salad, soft tofu and shizo
Fish Course
Cured Hamichi with horseradish and edamame puree
(cured yellowfin tuna)
Amuse Bouche
It’s a surprise, but the clue is: it’s not Duck, but it is aromatic!
Third Course
Marinated Skirt Steak Ssam with red Kimichi puree
Or
Pork Ssam, with mustard seed sauce
Main Course ( A Mezze or Tapas)
Chicken and Egg, Brick Chicken, Ginger Spring Onion Noodles, Roasted Rice Cakes, Salted Pickles
