Ok, so I think we have next Thursdays menu pretty much worked out, although we're still debating a few dishes, too many good things to put on, this is what we're looking at for the moment:

Spiced sausage cooked in cider from Asturias
Tortilla con alioli
Spanish omelette with garlic mayonaise
Radicchio con nueces, queso de cabra y vinagre de jerez
Radicchio with walnuts, goats cheese and sherry vinegar
Pescado a la plancha
Grilled fish with lemon
Almejas con ajo y perejil
Clams with garlic and parsley
Ensalada de remolacha y granada
Beetroot, pomegranate & herb salad
Rabo de Toro
Oxtail braised in red wine

We will be serving around 10 delicous Spanish inspired dishes using the finest seasonal indredients. Our basement dinning room will provide a cosy retreat from the cold out side and an intimate dinning atmosphere for the evening.
This supper club we will be looking to do a few 'classic' Spanish dishes amonst our usual offering of food inspired by our trawling the best back street tapas bars all around Spain.
The recomended donation for food is £25 and wines are BYO although we will provide some matched suggestions courtesy of Averys nearer the time.
