At Our Paleo Kitchen we will provide a four or five course menu which will hopefully prove to people that you can have a filling and tasty meal without the use of bread, flour, pasta potatoes and all other things non-paleo.
We will only serve you locally sourced free range outdoor reared meat and sustainably caught fish. Depending on the time of year we will use vegetables from the Our Paleo Kitchen allotment, otherwise these will also be organic and locally sourced. We will also be recommending wines that will go with each course of the meal. It is completely up to you whether you bring any of them along with you.

It will be a five course meal with space for eight guests, suggested wines will be announced soon.
STARTER: Bone Marrow with parsley salad
FISH: Ceviche (selection of fish depending on availability at the fish monger)
MAIN EVENT: Braised pork cheeks served with fresh organic vegetables (hopefully from OurPaleoKitchen allotment)
PUDDING: Fruit and custard tart served with home-made vanilla ice cream
CHEESE: A selection of unpasteurised cheese served with home-made sunflower and sesame crackers
(not suitable for vegetarians/vegans)
